As your business expands you may wish to take on extra help in the form of an assistant/volunteer. Any assistant/volunteer that will be working in your setting will need to have the necessary background checks, Enhanced Child workforce DBS and register on the DBS update service, Health Declaration and completed mandatory training- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children, Food Hygiene and have good knowledge of the EYFS.
