Hi, my name is Sasha and I am the registered childminder at Little Oaks early Years. I have a level 6 in childcare, early years professional status and a BA hons degree in early childhood studies. I have SENCO training working as a SENCO in a school setting, as well as managing nurseries and working in an alternative provision setting gaining trauma informed training. I am a mum to 3 children my eldest being a teenager and one of my children having additional needs. I am passionate about early years and providing good quality childcare where children feel safe and valued whilst developing those fundamental key skills.
Little Oaks is small homely calm space providing good quality childcare where children and parents feel, safe and valued for children 0-3 years. We are positioned next to a woodland where we can explore, and our outdoor area is a fenced off section of this allowing outdoor free flow. Children have home cooked meals in our kitchen area and we also have a sleep area and messy play area.
Monday-Thursday 8.30-4pm With an additional privately funded late stay hour if required 4-5pm
We except government funding. Also tax free childcare. All year round.

Our setting is proud to be inclusive and our setting is on one level with no steps for any children or adults that might have a physical disability. Every child and family is treated equally and fairly, and given equal opportunities. Differences in culture, religion, language and ability will be respected and celebrated and activities will reflect diverse families. We will adapt activities to meet children’s needs and closely monitor development using tools like the development matters.
