I'm Natalie Brooks, proud owner of Wild & Kind Childcare, an early years exclusive setting based in Fairfield, Stockton - on - Tees. I live with my partner and three children, and I've created a warm, nurturing environment where little ones feel genuinely safe, valued and inspired every day.

At the heart of my setting is a loving, family orientated atmosphere where children are cherished and supported to thrive. i believe that children flourish when they feel emotionally secure and truly valued. Our approach is built on trust, connection and a deep commitment to helping every child to be confident, curious and resilient,

i am an early years childminder with a deep passion for early childhood development. i have 18+ years childcare experience from birth onwards. i am the Designated Safeguarding Lead and hold a fill paediatric first aid certification. o hold an up top date enhanced DBS certificate and registered on the update service.

At Wild & Kind, i follow the Early Years Foundation Stage ( EYFS) and embrace a holistic, play- based approach that nurtures each child's unique strengths, interests and developmental needs. i believe children learn best in a safe loving and stimulating environment where they feel valued and supported. Children are taught British sign language and basic yoga as part of my curriculum. My practice supports all seven areas of learning and development through thoughtfully planned routines and experiences. To support each child's individual development, i offer :

• A careful balance of child led and adult led play, allowing children to follow their interests while being gently guided towards new learning.
• Activities that encourage independence, Curiosity, Creativity and resilience, such as forest play, open ended tasks and problem solving opportunities.
• Consistent support for emotional regulation, using co-regulation strategies, calming tools and empathy based response to help children understand and manage their feelings.
• A string emphasis on outdoor learning and movement, with daily nature walks, seasonal exploration and actives in all weathers to boost wellbeing, confidence and physical health.

Every child is seen, heard and supported as an individual in a setting that fosters belonging, joy and readiness for their next stage of learning.
