I'm Lucy , the proud mother of three wonderful boys, and the founder of Happy Hoppers Childcare, based in heart Heyford Park, Bicester.

Before starting my own childcare business, I worked as a childminders assistant, which gave me valuable hands-on experience in caring for children and deepened my passion for caring for young children. This experience inspired me to take the next step and open my own childcare service.

I’ve worked in childcare for several years, and throughout this time, I have gained a wealth of experience and a true passion for providing children with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

At Happy Hoppers, I am proud to offer a colourful, bright, and spacious setting with a dedicated playroom and an open-plan main room where children can enjoy learning-based play. My setting opens directly into a beautiful garden, providing a natural space where we can exploring and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible.

Attending local music groups and playgroups in the area, give children the chance to socialise and develop new skills in a vibrant, community-focused setting is a mainstay of my setting. I believe that learning should be fun and engaging, so I incorporate both indoor and outdoor learning opportunities to encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery.
