Hello! My name is Lucy, i am a mum of three girls, all school age which was the reason why i decided to become a childminder. i share my lovely home with my amazing husband, and our girls along with out Labrador Peggy and our cat Tinkerbell.

I have just over 7 years of working in the childcare sector including being a room leader for under 2's and then a third in charge for 0-5 years setting. i have a level 3 in early years educator. I'm paediatric first aid trained, and have a level 2 in safeguarding. i really enjoy supporting children with their learning and development and it is an honour to be able to help them thrive in a loving, nurturing environment.

having children of my own means i have collected lots of difference educational resources to help learning and development. i will be using the downstairs of my house which includes living room, kitchen and a downstairs toilet to childmind. This includes areas such as a role play kitchen and messy table. i also have a spacious garden, for the children to explore. There are local parks, woods which i will be exploring with the children as well as trips to the farm and library's.
