I’m Jasmine, a qualified Primary School teacher with over 10 years of experience and a mum of two (ages 2 and 4). I know firsthand how important it is to find a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where little ones can thrive, feel secure, and have fun – and that’s exactly what I provide. As a family, we love spending time outdoors, singing, dancing, cooking, exploring new places, and making every day moments magical. I bring this same fun, hands-on and caring approach into my childminding, creating a home-from-home setting where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.
After having my daughter two years ago, I decided to step into childminding, combining my teaching background, hands-on parenting experience, and passion for early years development. I am DBS checked, Ofsted approved, fully insured as well as first aid certified.
My setting is friendly, fun and safe, and a place where children will play, learn, develop, and feel valued. In my living room, we have a variety of toys and resources, including a reading nook. In the kitchen/ diner, we enjoy lots of messy play, and this is where we have our lunch around the table together. I have a large garden for the children to spend time in, which has a mud kitchen, play house, and lots of other toys. We like to get outside and also visit soft plays, playgroups, parks and farms.
I am open Monday – Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm Term Time only.
I offer funding for all ages. I am able to do school pick-ups and drop-offs to Roselands infant school. I offer EYFS care as well as wrap around care for school children.
I hold a CELTA qualification and have a lot of experience teaching and caring for children from many different nationalities.
I have had a lot of SEND training and have worked with children with ASD.
