I hold a level 3 in childcare and young people, i got this through an apprenticeship whilst working in a nursery setting to become a nursery assistant. I worked in the nursery setting for 6 years until i had my son. I took a break to be a stay at home mum and now my son is 5 years old and in full time school. I will be joining other childminders in a nursery like setting. we love going out on days out as a family, going on walks whilst my son rides his bike and i walk our family pet dog, we love going to the cinema and getting out to the theme parks. I find working with children can be a rewarding job, your there working alongside parents/carers to help the children grow into little people.

Enchanted acorns is a nursery like setting based in Egham Highstreet, it is a warm and welcoming setting for the children to learn and grow. we enjoy helping the little ones learn and grow into the little people that they become.

we have a little climbing frame, lots of toys and resources to help the children learn through play, role play area, arts and craft station, book corner to sit nice and quietly reading all the children’s favourite books and we have a small garden space with a sandpit, chalk board and slide. we also have a small sensory room which is very calming for the children.

we all enjoy little outings to the park, play groups and often plan day trips such as the farm to help the children interested in the world around them.
