As a childminder, it is deeply rewarding to see children grow, develop new skills, and reach milestones. I have personally worked with older children in the passed and I definitely enjoyed the experience. However, when working with very young children you play a crucial role in their early years, helping to shape their lives positively and impact them long term. I have a soft spot for little children. I've also had full time, hands-on experience for the past 13 months, with my own daughter. It's beautiful and very rewarding.
