I am an experienced early years professional and
Crèche Manager with a Level 5 qualification in
Leadership and Management in Early Years. I run a
small, nurturing setting caring for up to 16 children a
day, which allows me and my team to give each child
individual attention and truly focus on their unique
needs, routines, and development.
I am passionate about creating a warm, safe, and
calm environment where babies and young children
feel secure, valued, and supported to learn through
play. Our setting is a beautiful Jewish environment
where we gently introduce children to the weekly
parasha and celebrate the chagim through songs,
sensory play, stories, and hands-on experiences.
I strongly believe in building close relationships with
children and families, ensuring every child receives
high-quality, personalised care in a setting where
they can thrive emotionally, socially, and
developmentally.
Menorah Crèche is a small, nurturing setting caring for up to 16 children a day. Being a small
nursery allows us to give each child individual attention and truly focus on their unique needs,
routines, and development. We pride ourselves on creating a calm, warm, and responsive
environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.
Our setting is a beautiful Jewish environment where children are gently introduced to Jewish life
and traditions. We incorporate the weekly parasha and celebrate the chagim through meaningful,
age-appropriate activities such as songs, sensory play, stories, and creative experiences. This helps
children develop a strong sense of identity and belonging in a joyful and engaging way.
Alongside this, we follow the EYFS framework, supporting children’s learning through play,
exploration, and strong relationships with caring adults.

We are committed to providing an inclusive environment where every child is welcomed and
supported as an individual. We work closely with parents to understand each child’s needs and to
make reasonable adjustments where needed. Our aim is to ensure that all children can access the
provision, feel included, and thrive within the setting.
