I am Zabeen Akhtar, the manager at kids’ cottage childminders. I have two deputy mangers who work along side me and hold a BA Hons Degrees. I also have room leaders in each of the rooms and childminding assistant in my setting who work closely with the children and parents. We welcome all children within my setting from ages 0 to 16 years. All staff are qualified or doing apprenticeships in the setting. I welcome any feedback given to me by staff members and parents to improve my setting. I do this because I feel working closely together and in partnership will improve the setting as well as children’s learning and development, by working together, we will have happy staff and happy children.
