My name is Natalie Bayliss. I am married with 2 children. We also have a dog & cat.
I am a Registered Childminder and I also care for Deaf and SEND children, I have completed my Level 1 BSL, currently studying my level 2. I also have experience with ADHD, Autism etc.
I work closely with all my parents and professionals and can be very flexible with the hours of care that is needed.
I also work closely with my Local authority and local Deaf Centre to make sure that all children needs are met while in my care.
My setting is a home from home Hygge Accredited Setting. I provide all meals, snacks, trips out, group outings etc. As a setting we spend a lot of our time outside learning about the world around us, walking in the woods, growing our own fruits and vegetables and helping our local community.
Monday-6am to 6pm Tuesday-6am to 6pm Wednesday-6am to 4:30pm (So I can attend my BSL class) Thursday 6am to 6pm Friday 6am to 6pm Longer hours can be provided, I can potentially provide emergency care at short notice, including evenings and weekends, this can be discussed at the time. I am extremely flexible with the hours you may need, so please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss further.

I work closely with outside agencies including GOSH, Guide Dogs, local deaf center, speech and language and Visual team. I also complete monthly CPD for example-Safeguarding children with disabilities, Mental wellbeing in children and young people etc.
Every child is unique in their own way, I work closely with all involved to provide the best possible care that all children deserve.
