i am 59 and live on my own in a 3 bedroom house. i have been childminding for 18 years. working with children from 4 months to 11 years.
i have 2 boys who have left home.
i enjoy swimming and walking.
i live in a 3 bed house with a drive and rear garden. i offer a comfortable & welcome home from home setting, children have strong and trusting relationships with me. they are happy and safe. children have access to a wide variety of toys, games and activities both inside and out. i work from my playroom, but also use my living room and kitchen. outside i have a patio with slide, trampoline, playhouse, sandpit and ride on toys. a grass area with a swing and slide set. we attend soft play groups, toddler groups, parks, woods, duck pond and walks by the river.
i am open 7am - 6pm.
i do not accept funding at present.
all outings to groups and trips are paid for with in fees. We visit the local childminding groups where children explore activities inside and outside. They interact with other children in large groups, developing their social and language skills and making relationships with other children.
