Drawing from eighteen years of experience as a qualified teaching assistant and nursery deputy manager, I've honed my skills in working with children aged 6 months to 5 years. My background includes extensive experience in small group work, fostering relationships, and collaborating effectively with both children and adults. As a humble and open-minded individual, I continuously seek professional development through relevant training courses, ensuring that I stay adaptable and flexible to meet the unique needs of each child in my care.

As a childminder, I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Development Matter, aiming to provide high-quality, affordable childcare in a relaxed and caring home environment. Believing in fostering independence to boost self-esteem and development, I offer a flexible service from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, accommodating earlier mornings and school holidays.

Here at Little Achievers Croydon Childcare LTD, conveniently based in West Croydon, and located near Elmwood Infant School and Queen Road where the 450 bus service is available, I offer a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for your child to thrive. Our commitment is to provide opportunities for development and exploration, nurturing their enthusiasm for new experiences and interaction with other children.

Our activities include regular parks and library trips, summer picnics, visits to the children's centre for stay and play, and a well-equipped garden with exciting outdoor play opportunities. Inside, I have a well-resourced room offering activities such as play, cooking, arts and crafts, storytelling, and much more.
