My name is Carol, I have been a registered childminder for 16 years. I have worked together with my daughter Katie who is 24, as my assistant for the last 6 years. I have been married to my husband Daren for over 30 years and have 3 children of my own. My two boys who are both married and in their mid 30s & late 20s, with children of their own, and my daughter Katie who still live at home. I am a Nan to 5 grandchildren.
I have a large playroom, with a wide variety of toys for all ages, and a big enclosed garden, with plenty of play equipment. We’re very out and about and enjoy exploring our local play parks, country parks, nature trails, soft play and toddler groups. We enjoy painting, crafts, cooking, role play, and walking in the woodland area opposite.
Mondays: closed Tuesdays: 8:00am – 5:30pm Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm Thursdays: 8:00am – 5:30pm Fridays: 8:00am – 4:30pm Depending on location we offer a drop home service at no additional cost between 4:00&4:30pm

We are an inclusive setting and welcome any child! We have experience with children with additional needs, tube fed children and also deaf children. Both my assistant and I are trained to use a feeding tube both ng and peg, and my assistant has a level 1 in British sign language and we both know basic signs. We’re happy to undertake additional training to meet the needs and support your child.
